This product is a rubber ball seat at the fulcrum of the shift lever, made from urethane. The genuine ball seat is made up of two parts, but the lower rubber seat often falls off, which causes play (wobbling) in the shift. This “urethane ball seat” is a part that improves this type of wobbling.
